What is the 12 Step Hi Tech Facial?
The 12 Step Hi Tech Facial is our signature treatment because it embodies the NŪR Skincare philosophy. Our approach to skincare is results-oriented and relies on a synergy between advanced scientific skincare, the latest technologies, and a natural, holistic approach. The 12 Step is designed to clear congestion in the skin, replenish nutrients, and accelerate the skin’s natural cell turnover rate to transform the skin’s tone and texture, diminish fine lines, increase collagen production, reduce hyper-pigmentation, and clear acne.
What makes the 12 Step Hi Tech Facial different from treatments done elsewhere?
Multiple Modalities: Treatments offered at other spas may only include one or two of the modalities included in the 12 Step. Extractions and a chemical peel might be services that you book and pay for separately at a different spa, or the esthetician may not be able to customize your treatment plan. By including so many modalities in one treatment, we are able to create an individualized treatment and give your skin what it needs.
Highly Trained Professionals: Our estheticians go through a year+ long training program and complete continuous trainings in-house to develop a clear understanding of our systems. They will be able to educate you on your skin health and ways to optimize your skin.
Personalization: At NŪR, we begin your treatment by checking in about your skin. If you are a new client or are beginning a new series of treatments, we will discuss problem areas you would like to address, sensitivities or allergies we should know about, and what to expect during your appointment. If you are a returning client, we will review how your skin responded to your previous treatment and make adjustments if needed. Everything in the treatment is curated to your skin’s specific needs.
What is the NŪR approach to Skincare?
Commitment to your Skincare Strategy: Having a finite number of treatments is usually all that is needed to heal and transform the skin. Our estheticians will create a skincare strategy specific to you and constantly assess how it is working and if adjustments need to be made. Once you have completed the recommended series of treatments, our team will advise you on maintenance programs to keep the skin healthy.
Holistic Care: We believe in the interconnectivity of the body, so our focus on skin health includes the health of the body as a whole. We often refer clients to acupuncturists, naturopathic doctors, and other health practitioners within our vast referral network to help heal the skin and body from the inside.
Photo Documentation: Your esthetician will take photos of your skin after each treatment. This way we can track your results!

Care at Every Step: You will leave NŪR with a set of written instructions for at-home after care. These instructions will break down what to expect to see and feel in your skin day-by-day and offer clear guidelines on how to best care for your skin.
